By ordering on oxbowshop.com, you have 30 days to return for free the product(s) you ordered for a refund.
You can return your parcel to any Post Office or Locker near you by downloading a prepaid return label from your customer account. The return carrier is the same as the one used for your order (Colissimo or Mondial Relay).
Your products must be in their original packaging with their tags. In case products are damaged or without any packaging, Oxbow reserves the right to refuse the return.
If a product is defective, please contact directly our Customer Service via the contact form, by email (service-client@oxbow.fr) or by phone (+33 (0)5 56 18 40 23).
How to send us your return if you ordered with your Oxbow account ?
Step 1
Connect to your Oxbowshop account and go to "My orders".
Complete your return request by filling the different information in the return form.
Step 2
In "Follow my returns", select the return request and print your prepaid return label.
Step 3
Prepare your package and insert the shipping form and the return confirmation email.
Step 4
Stick your prepaid return label on your package.
Step 5
Drop your package in a post office/locker
How to send us your return if you ordered as a guest ?
Step 1
Go to this page and enter the information of your order (note that it's uppercase sensitive) and click on the "Return" button on the top right corner.
Complete your return request by filling the information requested.
Step 2
Print the return label you will receive by email.
Step 3
Prepare your package and insert the shipping form and the return confirmation email.
Step 4
Stick your prepaid return label on your package.
Step 5
Drop your package in a post office/locker
Other countries
The returns for refund from other countries are at the customer own charge.
Please follow the process above except step 2. If you need any help, don't hesitate to contact our Customer service.
Return with HIPLI
In case you ordered with HIPLI and you want to return one or many products, you can reuse the HIPLI bag by sticking the return label on it, and be sure that it can't be opened during transport. You can of course send us back your products using another package, and keep your HIPLI bag for another shipping.
Warning : The black envelop inside the HIPLI bag is made only to return the bag to HIPLI for reconditionning. Don't use this black envelop to return your products, as they will be sent to HIPLI and may be lost and won't be refunded. Just put your products back to the HIPLI bag the same way as you receive them.
Shipping times above are indicated in working days (from Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded), and correspond to the processing, preparation and delivery times of the order.
You have the possibility to track your order thanks to the tracking number given by our partner Colissimo or Mondial Relay.
This number is sent on the shipping confirmation email.
