How did you get hooked on surfing?

My whole family surfs, so since I was a baby, they’ve been taking me into the water.

When did you decide you wanted to surf as much as possible and put your energy into that direction?

I decided to take it seriously when I saw that I was doing well in competitions from a young age and that I could go far with it.

How do you think people perceive you? What could they mention about you as a person, as a rider?

People see me as a calm and happy person, and as a surfer, they really like my backside.

If you weren’t surfing, what would get you stoked on life?

Traveling the world and enjoying life.

What’s your definition of style?

For me, style is a gift, you either have it or you don’t. It’s about flow on the wave and drawing something beautiful.

What’s your goal for this year?

Keep surfing as much as possible, compete in events that excite me, and travel to spots with good waves.
