To extend the life of our products, we have chosen to partner with Les Réparables to offer you the possibility of having your clothes repaired free of charge.
What are Les Réparables ?
Les Réparables are sewing workshops, specializing in textile repair to extend the life of your clothes and accessories thanks to know-how.
The mission of Les Réparables is to give a second life to clothing and textile accessories, but also to promote human know-how, by providing concrete and sustainable solutions to reduce the impact of the textile industry.
By partnering with Les Réparables, Oxbow’s objective is to make repair a new reflex!
What about the warranty ?
YOUR CLOTHING IS STILL UNDER GUARANTEE (2 YEARS)
In the event that your garment is still under warranty, Oxbow offers you the repair costs as well as the shipping costs.
To do this, please send a photo of your product and the damaged part as well as an invoice to our customer service, either via the contact form or directly by email to the address service-client@oxbow.fr. If the issue is covered under warranty, our customer service team will send you a specific code that offers shipping and repair costs.
YOUR CLOTHING IS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY
If the garment was purchased more than 2 years ago or the damage is caused by reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship, Oxbow does not cover the shipping costs.
You can follow the steps below to send your product to Les Réparables for repair. Shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Only Oxbow products are concerned by the offer described above. Here are the categories that can be repaired:

Between 7 and 20 days after receipt of the product in Les Réparables workshops
Oxbow offers you repairs for the brand's products via the code indicated above. Only delivery costs are your responsibility.
For non-Oxbow products, there is a simulator on Les Réparables website.
In the event that your garment is still under warranty, Oxbow offers you the repair costs as well as the shipping costs.
