Axel Lorentz is arguably the most renowned European shaper among surfers worldwide. A four-time finalist in the STAB in the Dark challenge, he has been crafting surfboards for nearly 30 years. While he has shaped boards in California, Australia, Brazil, and Bali, it is in the Spanish Basque Country, at the Pukas workshops, that he has been bringing his boards to life since 2011.
