SAN SEBASTIAN SINGLE FIN CLASSIC
The 9th edition of the Single Fin Classic Hawaii & Oxbow will take place on June 20th in San Sebastián, at Zurriola Beach.
The competition will feature 80 surfers of all levels, bringing together emerging talentand some of Europe’s top longboarders such as Gabi Malone, Nathan Sadoun, Álvaro Rezola, Clovis Donizetti, Mathieu Marechal, Jon Irigoyen, Andoni Gracia, and Urko Ezkurdia.
The contest format will consist of 7/8-surfer heats, with 20 minutes to surf, enjoy, and share waves. All of this will be overseen by our judging panel: Gregorio Esparza, Álvaro Rezola, Jon Mendialdua, and Diego Moro.
For this edition, we have chosen a very special face for the official poster: local Zurriolasurfer Maria Gabarain, a true reference within the longboard scene in San Sebastián. The artwork has been created by tattoo artist @Eikositreis, bringing a unique and authentic visual identity to this year’s event.
It’s important to remember that this is much more than a competition: it’s a true logginfestival where the main goal is to create a great atmosphere and bring together differentgenerations through a shared passion.
