ADAPT: because nothing went as planned.
Early 2023, Maud Le Car had just joined Oxbow & jumped on a last-minute swell heading to Morrocco.
Her boards didn’t. Stuck somewhere in Agadir for over a month.
No time to wait. She found a board at a local surf shop, borrowed a wetsuit, and got in the water.
Somehow, the trip still delivered, good waves, good vibes, shadowed by the slow burn of watching the swell fade while her gear sat miles away.
This edit is about going with the flow, shifting plans, and surfing anyway.
